Naturally Plus Singapore Pte Limited ("NPSG") respects your privacy.

 

This Privacy Policy explains how NPSG handles personal information collected when you use our mobile application (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and our websites www.naturally-plus.com.sg and www.superluteinmirtoplus.com (collectively, "our Services"). We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore (PDPA).

Your use of our Services constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of this Policy. We encourage you to review it each time you access our Services.

General

NPSG collects personal data only by lawful and fair means. You may generally visit our websites without providing personal data, subject to our use of cookies as described below.

What Data We Collect

When you use our mobile application or website, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, contact number, and membership details. We also collect personal documents that you upload within the app, as well as device identifiers, app usage activity, and crash or error reports collected via Sentry, our third-party error monitoring service. Authentication data such as login credentials and session tokens are also collected.

How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored using Google Firebase, including Firebase Authentication, Firestore Database, and Firebase Storage for personal documents. Firebase infrastructure is operated by Google LLC and is subject to Google's security standards.

Error and diagnostic data is processed by Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) for the purpose of identifying and resolving technical issues within our app.

Your data may also be connected to and retained within our internal legacy systems for operational continuity purposes. Data held in legacy systems is subject to the same retention and deletion commitments described below.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

Active member account data and personal documents uploaded in the app are retained for the duration of your membership, or until account closure as processed by our staff.

For non-members, personal data submitted via enquiry is retained for up to one year from your last correspondence with us.

Error and diagnostic logs collected via Sentry are retained for up to 90 days.

Records held in our internal legacy systems are retained for up to 7 years in accordance with Singapore legal and regulatory obligations.

How to Delete Your Data

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. As there is no self-service deletion option within the app, all deletion requests must be submitted to our team directly by contacting our Data Protection Officer via email or phone using the details below. Please include your full name, membership ID, and the specific data or account you wish to have deleted.

Where data is held in our internal legacy systems, we will suppress or delete it to the extent permitted by our legal and regulatory obligations. We will inform you if any data must be retained beyond your request and the reason for doing so.

Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct any inaccurate or incomplete data, withdraw consent for the use of your data subject to legal or contractual limitations, and request deletion of your personal data as described above.

Security

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including password-protected accounts and secure cloud infrastructure via Firebase. However, no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and you transmit data at your own risk.

You must not disclose your password to any third party. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately and change your password. We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Use of Cookies

Our websites use cookies to enhance your browsing experience. You may adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though some features may not function properly as a result. Cookies do not provide us access to your device or personally identifiable information beyond what you choose to share.

Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party providers, each governed by their own privacy policies. Error and diagnostic data is processed by Sentry, which you can read about at sentry.io/privacy. User data is stored via Google Firebase, whose privacy practices are described at firebase.google.com/support/privacy. Our mobile application is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, which are subject to Apple and Google's respective privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties and encourage you to review their policies.

Our websites may contain links to third party websites whose data protection practices may differ from ours. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these third party websites and encourage you to consult their privacy policies before use.
